By accessing or using the Rocket Burger & Subs website or placing an order through our online ordering system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Online Ordering
Our online ordering system allows you to place orders for pickup, curbside pickup, or dine-in at our Phoenix location. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
SMS / Text Message Notifications
When you place a curbside order and opt in, Rocket Burger & Subs sends SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide so we can send you a check-in link when your order is ready and so you can let us know you have arrived.
Opt-in.You consent to receive these texts by checking the optional "text me" box at checkout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can place an order and check in on our website without opting in to texts.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies; typically one message per order.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting you.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Clover. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Order Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately prepare your order as specified. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately at (602) 993-0834. We will do our best to correct the issue. Due to the nature of food preparation we cannot guarantee that our facility is completely free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared in our kitchen. Once preparation has begun we cannot guarantee a refund for cancelled orders. If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will review each situation on a case by case basis and may offer a credit, replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Coupon Codes and Promotions
Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to discontinue any promotion at any time.
Third Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub or other third party delivery platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms of service. Rocket Burger & Subs is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or order accuracy problems arising from third party delivery services. For issues with third party orders please contact the platform directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics are the property of Rocket Burger & Subs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Burger & Subs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
