What This Program Is
Rocket Burger & Subs (12038 N 35th Ave Suite 2, Phoenix AZ 85029) sends order-related text messages to customers who place an online curbside order at rocketburgers.comand opt in at checkout. When a curbside order is ready, we text a check-in link so the customer can tap "I'm Here" on arrival. Message frequency varies — typically one to two messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Consent is optional and never a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How Customers Opt In
Opt-in is collected on our online checkout page (rocketburgers.com/checkout) when a customer selects Curbside pickup. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and the order can be placed without checking it. Below is the exact consent control as it appears at checkout:
